The Biker is a secret character who is part of the Russian Army.
Like most secret characters, he wears a Dinner Jacket. He, however, wears a helmet like the ones featured on the Russian Soldiers in Facility and the Russian Infantry in Statue Park. He is also wearing blue goggles.

- He is the 57th character on the roster.
- His head model is based off "Karl". (3D)
- He is miniscually taller than most secret characters because of his helmet.
- His helmet does not count toward a headshot.
- He can only become playable through inputting of a button code or through a cheat device.

Notes
In the game's memory, there is a motorcycle in Dam. In the movie, these motorcyclists chased Bond on the runway as he escaped the chemical weapons facility. Perhaps Biker would have fit in the appropriate levels.
