The flare pistol is an unused gadget. It has no image assigned to it, but does have statistics. It fires a flare, which shares its image and behavior with that of the grenade round. This is the standard behavior of unused weapons. It is unknown where this gadget would have appeared, or what it's intended function would have been.

- While a prop model was reserved for the flare pistol (PchrflarepistolZ), no such model was reserved for the actual projectile it fires.
